Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

From the admin console, selecting the Member Management tool from the drop-down box, tool screen appears with the text at the top, but instead of the grid of members, the spinning icon appears. I tried this on two different FTH websites I administer, with two different browsers (IE and Firefox) and got the same results.

I don't think it's fixed yet. I can't access membership management from either of the sites I manage. Attached is all I see. Does not load.

I just tried the Membership Management tool on all six club websites that I administer. It's working again on all six of those sites (using latest version of Firefox). Thank-you for the quick response!

I also tried, for the first time, the "resend opt-in email" feature. Thank-you for that, as well.
