Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Six Things Incorrect with my Club Website

I need someone to set-up a telephone call so that I can edit six different things with Free Toast Host.  It is way to burdensome to add each item to this forum.  Where can I go for help?  It is not very clear on how to edit information.  I look for edit buttons and cannot locate them.  I was successful in deleting one thing when I clicked on default setting.  The software is not user friendly at all.

1) We cannot do anything for you without your club number.

2) This is FREEToastHost we do not offer phone support

3) There is documentation on how to use and maintain your Club site.

4) If you have a specific question we will be happy to assist you.

5) Clubs and the ClubAdmins are responsible to maintain their own website we do not do it for you.

The directions for the calendar do not include adding a time for the club meetings. When I used the date range it did not include the time for the club meeting. Do the meetings have to be entered with a date range one at a time?

When you create a dated agenda the calendar is automatically updated.
No need to do it manually.

We don't want to do agendas through Free Toast Host.  Also, we have no meetings on federal holidays.  The software should include times, e.g., 6:30 to 8:30 and not just begin times.  Adding dates for no meetings should be allowed. The software allows "events".  Very confusing.

If you don't use the Agendas that is ok,  but it is easier.
