Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

1) sign in
2) go to the calendar
3) remove the all day tick
4) put the date and time for start and stop
5) pick the recurring, how often
6) pick the day of the week
7) pick when it ends

Federal holidays are meaningless in a global context, so you will have delete those meetings manually.

Hello,
I do not see "all day tick" anywhere to click. I do not see an area to set up recurring meetings. Corporate Outlook that I used to use makes it so easy. Not Free Toast Host! The agenda that pops up is from January 23, 2012!

The red indicates an event rather than the blue for a club meeting.  Thus, on the webpage, it lists that a meeting schedule is coming.

If you want blue then you have to create agendas using the system.
create a simple agenda with one role for the length of your meeting.

For FTH to force using the agenda feature in order to populate the calendar with meetings is very inconvenient. We use Excel in Club 12 and have six weeks worth of advanced agenda items so that club members can plan. The way FTH is set up, you have to look at individual agendas. Very time consuming. We also have a club roster with names and phone numbers on the reverse side of our agenda. Plus there's additional information. Whoever created this in FTH did not do enough Beta Testing. It's too laborious and burdensome.
