Agenda

Just a thought.

Sounds like you are using the software for minimal usage.

As a club that uses agenda, the report cards are a brilliant functionality.
Our club is now expanding the usage of the site, given the new layout. 
Club members can glance down and see their roles, what is open.   The new ones are even reaching out and supporting each other to swap roles when they can't make it.  
They like it!

There have been very few bugs, and the software has proven to be intuitive.
Support has also been great!

It really sounds like you have a niche usage that may have been missed.

ps. any chance that I worked with you at a company in Milwaukee many moons ago?

I will ask our EVP if she wants to tackle the agenda. She's a lot younger. A lot of us in the club are retired. Funny, I don't find the program intuitive. Of course my logic doesn't match up to other people's logic. I am actually a retired California Community College counselor. I have never been to Milwaukee. I was born in Iowa and have Mid Western roots. Brought to California when I was a young child.

We don't force you to use any part of FTH.
You can manually enter any calendar information you want manually I described how to do it.
It is your choice what you do with it.

From what I can see, if we do not use the agenda, the website tab "meeting info" displays as schedule coming soon. A visitor may get confused by this. So, in a way we are forced to use the agenda software so that "meeting info" will display. Am I incorrect?

You don't have to do full agendas, just an agenda place holders with one role for the length of your meeting, and set to not allow signups.
Then schedule it when you want it to appear in the calendar and on you website.

The way FTH is set up, you have to look at individual agendas. Very time consuming. We also have a club roster with names and phone numbers on the reverse side of our agenda. Plus there's additional information. Whoever created this in FTH did not do enough Beta Testing. It's too laborious and burdensome.

Have you even looked at what is available in FTH4? Members can sign up on one page for roles available at the next 7 meetings - just a simple tick of a box.
Contact details - all on one page. And only current details (as maintained) - no accidental emailing past members, or forgetting to include new members because your personal lists aren't current.
Nothing laborious or burdensome about it.
If you don't try it, you'll miss all of the hidden gems (many of which have been suggested by users over the years). And it is continually improving.
