Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

I receive the following message when trying to update my password.

You have errors in your form below. Please scroll down and correct the following:
Basic Settings Tab - This domain is not yet pointing to the IP address 50.19.253.65. In your domain registrar's DNS area, modify the existing "A" and "MX" records for this domain, to point to 50.19.253.65, wait the amount of time as specified by your domain host, then try again.

You have an invalid domain name specified in the basic settings.

You either have to remove the domain name or purchase it from a register and set it up as per the documentation on this site.
