Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Club 3922. I am experiencing a similar challenge. We cannot add guests to the agenda but we have a guest speaker for our next meeting. Saw a previous response from 17 months ago that said to add {guest} with no website address . I've tried this and it is not working.

This is a cut and paste of that response.

A way to overcome this is to add a dummy member named {Guest}, with no email address. The curly brackets place the dummy member out of the way at the bottom of your list. You can put the guest’s name in the role description or now even in the Role Title.

The response remains the same create a member called Guest with no email address. Your site admin will receive an email to opt-in. Once that is done you can add the "Guest" to the agenda.
