Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

For about six months I have not been able to access our FTH site from one specific computer, though I can access it from my tablet and Android phone. I've cleared cookies, checked to see that cookies are stored, and can get to all other sites (including TI). I'm running on Windows 10 Pro. Using Chrome, Firefox, and MS Edge. Our site is HorizonClub.ToastmastersClubs.org.

When I used your provided link I received an error message, not allowing me to find my IP address. Calling on my home tech, we found that disconnecting our VPN agent (VPN Unlimited) allowed me to connect. The address I was using was 108.62.21.154 provided by the VPN. It is working now that we've turned off the VPN.

My take-away is, for some reason the VPN won't allow me to access this FTH site.

Due to VPN abusing FTH most of them have been blocked, and we will not be removing the blocks for VPN
