Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Club 3406, Carillon Toastmasters
Member Les can’t log in. He did managed to get in after about 20 tried (I lost count) then was booted out again.
As admin, I put him in the former members, then added him again. When that didn’t work, we tried signing him in from another device. I even tried signing him in on my device with him present. He has tried different passwords. I then deleted him completely and put him in as a new member a couple of days later. the confirmation email went to him and he confirmed, the new member email went to him and he tried again. No luck. He took his phone (Samsung) to the provider. Their conclusion was the link is bad. Is it possible for you to go to our site and look at this? He is our VPE and really needs to have access!

Did he accept the privacy statement?

Did he try clicking the reload link at the bottom of your site?

Hi and thank you. He did accept the privacy statement. He also tried clearing his cache. He changed his password, too. Thanks for the reloading tip. He took his phone into his provider and whatever they did yesterday, he was able to sign on this morning. The reload tip is useful. I will remember it!
