Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Hello,

I was trying to create agendas for the remainder of 2018 and some have appeared in the dropdown but others have not.
Is there a limit to the number of agendas that the systems holds?
Is there a way of deleting multiple agendas? We have some listed back to 2013.

When creating agenda, always start from the + until the final save. No short cuts!

If you don't do all the steps you will just change the date on the agenda you are editing.

Do NOT delete agendas as they are you meeting role history and all the role, speeches, and attendance reports are based on the old agendas.
