Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

I cannot see the current and future agendas so that I can sign up for roles. How can I correct this?

Your club doesn't have any future FreeToastHost agendas set up. Usually the club VPE creates agendas. The website agenda documentation is here: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/agenda-index .

Check with your VPE as to how your club members take on roles if you aren't using the website agendas

Actually other members of the club can see the current and future agendas, but for some reason I cannot. The most recent agenda I can see is a March 2018 agenda.

There is something "Seriously Funny" about that - the latest agenda is the one you see - 26 March. Is your club using some other system for their agendas? Only two members including yourself have logged on to the site in the last month.
