Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Strange account debits labelled web renewal

Hi,

Our club have noticed some strange account debits coming from our bank account labelled 'web renewal'. We are trying to determine whether these are legit or not. I know this is called Free ToastHost so may be a stupid question but do we pay for the website? The debits began a couple of committees ago so difficult to get information on how this started.

Please advise.

You don't owe any money to FreeToastHost, as these are free websites for Toastmasters clubs. My guess would have been that the payments were for custom domain names. However, I note that your website isn't using a custom domain.

That being the case, you could cancel these payments without affecting the functioning of your site.

Those are your online membership payments to Toastmasters International. Your Treasurer should have corresponding emails for each entry.

Thanks so much Brian. How often should these be debited? Our main concern now is the frequency they are coming out. Sometimes multiple times (up to 5) per moth other times only once. And is over $4000 since August last year an expected amount? We do have a large club though which fluctuates between 24-36 members. i should note that this is not including the international transaction fees.
