Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

I really like that there is a link to the evaluation form directly from the agenda on our website once the speaker selects a project. I review the previous thread on this item when this new feature was released, and I don't believe the question I have here was addressed.

Are the links to the evaluation forms supposed to be visible to everyone? Or only certain roles? Is that a setting that is controlled by the club webmaster?

The buttons are available to anyone who can edit speech details for a speech. They would not be shown if the speech details are not shown or are not editable.

The information about what PDFs to show is stored in the HTML for the project drop-down. This is why the PDFs tied to the buttons update when you select a different project from the drop-down.
