Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

When I upload my profile info, only my portrait photo shows up, not my bio info. I am a member in 3 clubs. My member #4353403. It shows up as it should in 1 of my 3 clubs - #8325 it does. In 6974 & 01097297 it does not. How do I correct?

6974 seems a little strange - please check the checkbox in the Basic Information Tag "Check to be included in the public Meet our Members page". I think this was checked but I inadvertently cleared it. You might have to save your bio again and confirm afterwards that the checkbox is still checked.

1097297 didn't have the box checked. Please check it on and confirm that it works as expected
