Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Cannot fix the meeting time in our Club calendar

I followed other forums about the calendar date/time showing incorrectly but after trying all the suggestions it still did not fix our problem.

Our calendar is showing the right date but the wrong time. It is showing 6:30am instead of 11:30am. The time in our agenda is correct. Can you please tell me what else needs to be done.

1) I am seeing 11:30 am as your club meeting in the calendar and on your agenda.

2) check your PC has the correct time zone, America/New York

3) clear your browser cache

If you changed your time zone, then you need to edit and re-save each agenda that you want to update the calendar entry for.

I did this for the 12/20 agenda, and it fixed the calendar entry.

Also, make sure that the times in whatever source you are using for making dated agendas (e.g. templates or other dated agendas) are also correct.

The funny thing is that I did not make any changes and the agenda was showing the right time but the calendar wasn't. I thought I had followed your comments on other forums to edit the agenda but I guess I did not do something right because it did not change a thing.

The important thing is that you were able to fix it and now it is correct. Thanks a lot!
