Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Search old agendas?

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a way to search through old agendas. I would like to see if we had any club contest agendas in the past that I could start from for a speech contest agenda. That way I woudn't have to start from scratch. Thank you for your help!

I'd suggest the following steps:
1 - run a meeting role tally report for all members and all dates. Look for contest type roles and pick on a member who took part as a contestant or contest official.

2 - run a role report for that member (all dates) and see what date the contest was held.


Also - you do have an agenda template labelled "7- Speech Contest Agenda". You could create a new dated agenda using that template if it is any good.
