Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Hello,
I am at the Membership Management Screen in the Admin Console and I am trying to set up the "Meet Our Members" Page. Unfortunately, the "Check the Box to Be Included in Meet our Members Page" is unselectable for any of the members. I am logged in as the System Admin.

What is the issue?

Only mbers can make their profiles public. It is a privacy issue.
You will need to educate your members on how to log in and change it. Members are responsible for their own information.

Well one more question, please. For some reason, I can't even make my own Profile Public. Why?
Also, the box above says "If this box is checked, the admin can edit your profile for you".

So, if I am the admin, why can't I make the change? Could you please let me know? Thanks much!

If you are only logged in as the admin, you will not be able to change the public setting, regardless of which profile you are looking at.
