Password recovery support from Instagram not being forwarded

Hello,

Long story boring, I lost the password to our club's Instagram account, and I didn't link the account to the Facebook account I had on my smartphone because it defaulted to my personal Facebook page. I have requested that the retrieval address for forgotten Instagram passwords be sent to is president@athlonetoastmasters.org.

Repeated attempts were made despite adding the domain @instagram.com to the whitelist on out freetoasthost email settings page and similarly on my own email setting page. We do need to get this password retrieved. Is there any way to get it forwarded to my personal email account?

The server receives hundreds of emails from instgram and facebook everyday.
I can see email from instrgram to your presidents email on Feb 3 and 4

Did you check in your hotmail spam folder?

Hi Brian, thank you for the quick reply. I did check the spam folder as soon as I didn't see anything in the inbox, and as yet nothing from the Instagram domain. They simply don't seem to be forwarded by the freetoasthost. Is there a protocol for freetoasthost not to forward on emails other than from recognised members of the club?

I can see the 2 email go through the system. So the system is processing and forwarding you email from instagram. What hotmail does with it I couldn't tell you. I hope you have added the FTH server "server@toastmastersclubs.org" to your allowed email.
