Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Getting VPE emails from Base Camp

Hi everyone,

I keep receiving emails from Base Camp about people earning education awards. These should be going to the VPE. Is this because of an error within our FreeToastHost website or is this an error on Base Camp? And if it's an error on FreeToastHost how do I fix it? Thank you for your time.

I believe the issue is that you are using an internal, reserved email address for your TI Club Contact Email address.
contactusform-3054@toastmastersclubs.org is a reserved email address intended only to be used by the FTH system.

This email address does not support the Base Camp re-routing as it is only for internal use.

You should use the proper email address for this which is contact-3054@toastmastersclubs.org ... Put that into your TI meeting info in Club Central and you will see that the FTH Base Camp routing works as intended.
