Signing up for roles AND automatically being signed up for the associated report

Is there a way to configure the agendas such that when someone signs up for a support role, for example, Ah Counter, they will automatically be signed up for the Ah Counter report agenda item which is further down the agenda?

Take a look at the "Repeated and Grouped Roles" section of this documentation: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/editing-an-agenda

Your agendas seem to have the asterisk notation only for the final occurrence of repeating roles. They need to be used for each occurrence of a recurring role. If you correct your agenda template it will flow through to new agendas created after the change. You'll need to edit any current agendas manually.
