Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Refer to the Membership Management documentation: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/m...hip-management-index

It is recommended that you don't delete former members, rather move them to your Former Members list, otherwise you will lose their role history

You haven't given us much information to work from. What is your club number? are you your club website admin? are you the VPM?

Assuming you have access to the Membership Management module, the Membership Tools are in the dropdown box next to the words "Membership Tools" above each of the membership lists. If you don't have access, you'll have to ask your website admin to grant access you access (that can be given to up to 3 officers, and the admin also has access)
