Is there a way to view the emails that were sent from our FTH?

All depends on whether or not you setup your archive email address for your club.

OK, thanks. We currently utilize a separate email for this, I just wasn't sure if there was a way to view the sent emails via FTH.

Keeping emails chews up a lot of db/disk space that I don't think we want to use up.

We do keep logs of emails (4 weeks worth), but those are just header details and success/error status. (no email bodies)

We also keep complete emails of any that were deemed spam (4 weeks worth), but those are kept in text files not readily accessible to clubs.

The archive email address approach was purposely set up as a compromise to allow clubs/districts using the system to have some record of emails without us having to commit a lot of disk space on the FTH server for that purpose.

Everything in FTH is essentially a compromise. We try to give users enough functionality to be useful, but we intentionally put some limits and "guardrails" in place to keep the system usable and viable for the future given our constraints of no budget, volunteer labor, and open source libraries.
