Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Club Calendar Shows Wrong Meeting Dates

Our club calendar is showing wrong meeting days and times. Our website visitors are pointing to this error.

We meet 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month at 7 PM. But the Calendar is showing : every other Tuesday at 3 PM.

I am not able to delete or change that entry. It needs to be removed and replaced with the correct one.

The club calendar gets it dates from the agenda feature or the admin enter the information into the calendar manually.
The calendar does not have a 1st and 3rd function. You would have to enter every meeting separately.

Calendar is a total waste of space on the website. I have decided to hide it.

I am NOT able to remove or edit the setup of wrong meeting dates/times. I am logged in as the Site Admin.

Our meeting agendas have the correct time and dates of our meetings. Calendar is not reading it correctly.

I just checked your calendar and the dates match your agendas.
The times are wrong because your time zone is set to GMT being in SC your time Zone is America/Eastern you need to change it.
Once changed open and save your agendas and the times will correct on the calendar.
