Club Coach

Good Morning!
I am a club coach for 2 clubs:
Capital Avenue # 02881965
Speak Now# 03331254
I need clairifcation x2 - In order for me to be on the schedule, I would have to be entered as a dummy and that the VPE or whom ever has access would add me to the prospective role. Correct?
Also, Speak Now orginally did their own website when they chartered via their company. The person is no longer there and it has not been updated for a long time. How do I help them get freetoasthost back up and running and linked to find a club?

1) for club 2881965 just have them add you as a member, There is no tie between FTH and toastmasters.org

2) for club 3331254 they never had a FTH they just have to request one.

My apologies! My second club Speak Now, I gave the wrong club number it is 04809367 Omaha, Ne. I did find one but need to know how to update and exchange to add.
