Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

I think it's spam. Asking here to clarify and see if you can do anything to block

Yes that is spam it came in through your club contact email address.
Use the link in the email to mark it as spam.

The "Is this SPAM?" links feature for your club is not enabled for email, so you will have to determine the senders email address and add it to your blacklist manually.

How can you tell where a spam email comes from?
Emails may appear to come from server@toastmastersclubs.org, which of course you can't blacklist. However, they really come from somewhere else, which is the address you want to include in your blacklist.

To determine this address, click on the "reply" button (BUT DO NOT SEND) and the spammer's address will appear in the address bar. Copy this address and add it to your blacklist. Then close the email reply without saving or sending.
