Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Hello,

One of our officer's is unable to upload his profile. I am the Administrator. I can see his profile behind the scene but not publicly.
Also, can there be more that one Administrator. The VP Public Relations needs to be able to add content on our page.

Without your club number we ca do nothing for you.
Without a members name we can not look into the picture issue.

There is only one site admin, please read Access Settings documentation on how to delegate.

I was able to log in as Joel and put a tick in Check to be included in the public Meet Our Members page
I saved and it worked.
I have removed the tick, Joel will have to log in and put the tick in himself;
