Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Printing and emailing Custom Meeting Agendas i,e. Executive Committee Meetings

I am Judy Bralley, current President of the Conyers-Toastmasters Club #2579. Our Club is moving along quite well with the many wonderful modules of Free Toast Host. However, I have encountered a challenge as I have created a custom Agenda for the Virtual Executive Committee Meeting we are holding tonight. I followed the Agenda Setup process and saved it, but when I was ready to print it in the finished printable format, I didn't see how to go farther. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. WE ARE LOVING THE SITE! THANK YOU!!!

Most of this stuff (e.g. printing an agenda) is spelled out in our online docs: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/printing-agendas

If your question is not answered by our online docs, then you will need to give us a bit more detail on what you are trying to accomplish.

Did you setup a template or dated agenda?
You can only print dated agendas.
