Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Adding our Zoom Meeting address to every Meeting Agenda

Can this be done?  I tried to add it as a Venue item, but that only shows a Google map and does not serve as a link to the Zoom URL address, nor does it connect with the Zoom meeting.

The Venue item puts it in a great spot on the agenda, readily seen by anyone looking at the on-line agenda!

It can be done, but not as the Venue address. The Meeting Venue address is designed use a physical address so it can automatically link to the map.

Write ZOOM as the Venue Name / Description.
If no physical address is in use leave the 2nd box (Physical / Street Address) empty.
Put the Zoom address on the URL/Photo tab.
