Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Lost access to our club's admin account and need to update club officer's emails

I'm the current VP-E for a club. We used to have a Free Toasthost account where we used the email aliases provided by it. We need to update the aliases to the current club officers so that we can receive the emails and regain access to other accounts that are associated with the aliases but unfortunately have lost the information for the admin account and such. Where can we request to regain access so that we may update the alias emails? Thank you for your time and support.

The email alias that requires the update is the following: president-5562537@toastmastersclubs.org

We would like that email to forward to a new email which is buddiestmi@gmail.com

I can provide documentation, via email, as proof that I am the current VP-E for the club if needed. Can we also update the members list and/or the admin account so that I can work on updating the club's page? Thank you for your time and support.
