Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

How to remove a Zoom Link the prior Admin entered in the agenda

The admin of website: simiwesttoastmasters.toastmastersclubs.org/agenda.html
unfortunately passed away, (she was excellent web admin!) entered Zoom link in the agenda. 
I have been admin for years for another club however could not figure out how to remove the Zoom link
after searching since January. Please help. I know it must be a simple fix.

Login as the admin and go to each agenda (and the template). Click on the pencil (edit) icon at top. Go to the first tab Agenda Setup. You’ll see the Meeting Venue is listed as Zoom. If you want to remove it permanently, change it or create a new venue, click the corresponding icon.
