Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Members being moved to former member list

For about 8 to 9 months now, our members have been moved from the members list, to the former members list. After a person logs in to toast host, and then log off, they receive an email about being a non-members and then lose access. Our administrator has had to go in every week to constantly move members back into the active members list. This is driving members to leave the club, or not use toasthost.  Can you help with this?

1) When this happens have your club website admin move them back to Active members using the membership tool.

2) The link at the bottom of the emails no longer moves them to former member, but sends them an email telling the how to proceed.

3) if the members are still being moved to former members they must have a link saved some where. Make sure they are only using a link like this
