Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

We promote the VPM email as our point of contact to receive our meeting link.  I received complaints through Meetup from guests about their request being blocked.  I tested it with my non TM address and was sent the following message.

You do not have the right permissions to send an e-mail to this e-mail address (vpm@highspiritstm.com) from cawleyken@gmail.com . Be sure your "From" address in your e-mail client is the same as your address in your toastmastersclubs.org member profile.

is there a way to correct this?

That's odd. Was getting emails before. How do I add it?  I don't see a method via my personal or admin login.
