Members Report Emails Not Consistent

Good morning!  Thank you for all you do!  I am a huge fan of this website and I appreciate all the work put in.  It makes leading a club so much easier!

Recently I have had a couple of members tell me that some weeks they get our weekly emails and other weeks they don't.  I had one member in particular say that, I guided them to create the admin email a safe email in her email settings.  She did that and received the emails for a week or two, then reported this week that she didn't get any emails this week (3 were sent from the agenda email button).  At the meeting today, another member advised of the same issue.  Has anyone else had that issue?  Any ideas?

When reporting issues please be precise.
Who exactly a first name at least.
When exactly a date and approximate time.

Dana Haas and Linda Oladunni did not receive any emails last week.

As we always require your club number there is nothing I can do at this time.
