Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Sugar Land Toastmasters club 6294. Several embers are receiving the attached message, and at least one was moved from Active to Past member.

Please check that your DNS records are set up as described here -  FreeToastHost 3 - Configuring DNS settings for a Custom Domain Name (toastmastersclubs.org)

Just a hunch, it might be a red herring, but no harm in fixing up your DNS records.
The other possibility is that members are clicking on an old website link.  That could be related to bad DNS records

We will have to know what members have been getting these "not a member emails" so we can check the logs.

Those emails are only generated when the link at the bottom of the emails sent to members is clicked.
