Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Office role update audit logs available??

Hi,

I am from Club #7346209 and club admin.
I noticed recently some one going and removing officer role against one member. I checked with VPM. It was not done by VPM. Are there any logs through which we can confirm who is going and updating roles every few weeks?

In your club only the President and VPM and admin have that access.
If the member is moved to a different group (e.g. former members) and back, they will lose the officer role status.  I notice member Patil has experienced that situation recently

Past week or 2 we are noticing weird things on our club website.

Is there any way to find out any bot attacks to website?

or VPM and president didn't update website. But for a member officer role was removed. It was again updated last week and we notice again it was removed.
Please let us know if any way to identify if website compromised   or any audit logs to what are the events happening at the backend etc.

(Combined new inquiry with original topic as this one already has an FTH response)

There are no logs containing history those types of club level changes. FTH is a database that paints a browser page to look like a website. There are no individual sites to compromise. That's not to say that an odd isolated glitch might not occur here and there as moving data between servers and browsers isn't always a flawless process.

Please check the items that Pam suggested.

Yes. correct. But both VPM and President says they didnt move. So we are suspecting attack.
Patil is VPPR aswell admin for the website.

This is being caused by some email service providers.
Please disable the 'Add "Not a Member?" links' checkbox in your Email & Contact forms module (Email Security tab)
