Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Problem getting email sent to all club members with the agenda

Hi 

I am VPE of THE club #8420 in D70.

Over the last 2 days I have been getting a message :

***DATA TRANSFER ERROR***
JavaScript Function=Agenda[EmailAgenda/Send E-mail]
Status=error
Error=

Please notify us about this at support.toastmastersclubs.org .

Would you like to reload this website from the server?

Is there any solution to resolve this?

It seems to be be related to member John D's email address.   Should that have a .au suffix?

To confirm that is the problem, try temporarily moving him to former members - then send the agenda email to see if it works.

This issue had occurred not as the same message for sometime and I thought it had been his mailbox being full and had never noticed the suffix missing.  Thanks again
