Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

How can I add our VPM to the club email addresses?

You haven't given us much to work with - we need your club number to investigate club specific issues.
My guess is that your VPM has checked "Do NOT create a club officer email address for me" on their member profile.

The club is nottinghamtoastmasters.co.uk .  We have discovered that our VP Membership is not one of the club email addresses.  She has been getting a lot of enquiries from Facebook who were claiming that vpm@nottinghamtoastmasters was bouncing back.

Is it possible to add that to our list of club email addresses?

Your VPM needs to uncheck this option in her member profile. She'll have to do it because her profile also has the option checked to prevent the site admin from editing her profile. Once this is done vpm@ address will be active and appear in your email list.
