Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Free ToastHost

Hello,

We have never had a ToastHost account. Our club shut down after Covid, but we are now back up and running. Everytime we put our Club number into Toasthost, we get an error message saying " No chartered club found using 28677595, when in fact we are chartered. 

Has anyone had this issue and know how to fix it. Our club number is CB-28677595. I've been trying to get this up and running for more than 4 months now.

 Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I see your charter number is indeed valid at Toastmasters International as this: 28677595 Novo Nordisk Toastmasters

Are you intending to have a FreeToastHost site established for this club?

The error message is because your club isn't showing up in Find-A-Club. You'll have to resolve that with toastmasters.org

Use the unchartered club application. This simply means that Brian has to manually approve the site which he should be able to do since you are showing up in club central.
