Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Unable to register my club

I am having issues trying to register my club for a free toast host website. I keep gettong the error "Invalid Club Number" I have checked the club number multiple times with toastmasters international and they have confirmed the club number as to what i have.

Club Number CB-28677651

Did you enter the club number with or without the "CB-" prefix?  Try again, please, without the prefix, just entering 28677651 as the club number in the FTH request.

I tried tonregister with the club number without the CB in front and I am getting an error that states invalid club number.
