Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Tracking Mentors and Mentees

I am not currently an FTH site administrator, but I am presently completing a DTM project that includes improving our mentor/mentee tracking in FTH. At this stage, I don't know who the site admin for our club website is. Can a list of mentors/mentees be downloaded from the site?  What are the reporting capabilities of FTH?  Looking forward to your response.

Your site has granted VPM access to Membership Management. You should see this item in your Members Only menu.

In the Membership Management console, drop down the 'Membership Tools' list and select 'Membership Reports'.

In the 'Select a report to print' drop-down list you'll find the two reports pertaining to Mentors.

Also in the Membership Tools drop-down list is Assign Mentors. We have a doc for that;
