Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Good Morning, and Happy Mother's Day to all:

I have a member:  Anthony Cappiello who has changed his email address, therefore I changed it in the FTH Members list and saved (repeatedly).

When I run a test on that member's email - I get his current address:  anthony.cappiello@sbcglobal.net
Unfortunately, I also see his @ARKA.org

When I send out group emails, FTH defaults to the @ARKA.org address, which fails as this member is retired from the corporation he was employed at.

How do I delete the above failing address?  Email checker does a great job, but I'd love to follow up on removal of the bad address.  Thank you for your help.

@arka.org is his secondary email address. You don't see and cannot edit that in the main Membership Management panel. You have to go to his member profile. If he hasn't granted access to allow you to edit his member profile, he will have to remove it himself.
