Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

TI Prospective Member Management/FTH Member Management

My friend and I are both Vice Presidents of Education (VPEs) for clubs in the same district, and both clubs use FreeToastHost (FTH). When someone signs up for my friend’s club through Toastmasters International’s Find a Club feature, the prospect appears in two places:
  1. The Prospective Member Management tool in Club Central on the TI website, and
  2. The Prospects tab under Member Management on the local club’s FreeToastHost site.
However, when someone signs up for my club through the TI Find a Club feature, the prospect appears in only one place: The Prospective Member Management tool in Club Central on the TI website.
How is this possible and where can I change my settings to allow this pass-through. Thank you.

There's no connectivity/pass-through between FTH and TI.

Someone probably just submitted 'Contact/Visit Club' on TI then followed the 'Visit this Website' link and also submitted the 'Contact Us' on FTH.
