Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

The club I am now working with to attempt to use FTH more had a different name way back when.

I would like to use the agendas, but there are a couple of years of agendas with the old information 

is there any admin way to delete all of them together?#07537789

You should never delete your agendas as they are the meeting record and a backup for your members to see what they have done historically.

Agendas can only be deleted one by one and you must enter the DELETE code.

Our new VP Education just deleted a bunch of recent agendas wanting to simplify the pull-down list of past meetings, not realizing it removes all the historical information.

Can we un-delete them?  This is for Speakers Corner Club #3619.

Yes, agendas remain in the system for 4 weeks after deleletion. Use the second Tab in the same popup that was used for deletion.
You can change the number of previous agendas that show on the default list. The setting is in Meeting Agenda Settings / Global Settings. I suggest using 6 as a start - you can adjust to suit your club
