Evaluation and Feedback #3

What is the intended use of the speech "Evaluation and Feedback #3" on the FTH meeting agenda? I assume that the purpose is to evaluate the Evaluator when the Evaluator is giving their evaluation to meet the final requirement of the Level 1 Evaluation and Feedback project. However, our club's agenda is structured with all prepared speeches first, then all evaluation speeches. So if I want to sign up to evaluate the Evaluator as a "prepared speech", I need to put that speech during the Evaluation section. Is this how it's supposed to be done?

You can use it to suit your club.  If you want to track whether this project has been completed you can manually change that role by checking the "This is a speech" box, which allows you to select the project. 
The same goes for the Table Topics Master Role for the "Active Listening" project, and possibly  the Toastmaster role for "Manage Online Meetings" project.
