Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

I just posted a new image at the top of our Welcome page, and although the dimensions given for the image (within the icon image) are correct, the image appeared distorted. It is stretched out vertically. I shortened the vertical dimension significantly, and now it looks fine. But I think it points to something deeper that might need to be fixed.

The image is 12 x 4 inches, which I calculated to be 1152 x 384 pixels. That was roughly what the image reported when the image was stretched vertically from a visual perspective.  I set it to 1152 x 230 and the image looks good to me.

  1. Right click the image
  2. open image properties
  3. delete the values in height and width
  4. Save
Your image will display properly.
Let me know if it doesn't work.

Just enter the width as a percent and the image will resize based on the viewing screen
