Reconcile Agenda Data Preservation.

Hi, 
I am VPE. I am often frustrated by "Former Member" appearing in old agendas. I was hoping that reconciling an agenda would preserve the information. CoPilot told me that it does, but I checked old reconciled agendas and "Former Member" still appears.

"Short answer: A reconciled agenda preserves the real historical record. If someone quits the club later, your reconciled agenda will still show the actual person who filled the role at that meeting. It does not get overwritten or substituted by a former member’s name."

This answer is wrong. (I think). I think the only way to preserve the information is to save a timely PDF of the document. But then I have to find a place to store those PDF for the future.

Privacy regulations mean we have to remove former members from that agendas so their names nolonger appear.
How far back are you trying to go to reconcile an agenda? The agendas should be reconciled immediately (as in next day or two) after the meetings, trying to reconcile historical agendas has no bennifet for the former members so they should not be of consequence.
