Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Photo not visible in emailed agenda

Hi, 
I'd like to email a meeting agenda to members and include a photo. I uploaded the photo, and it shows up in the email on our free toast host site. However, when I send it to my Gmail address, the photo doesn't appear, just a blank rectangle.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue? 
I've already updated my Gmail settings.

The url to the photo must be the full web address.

Thanks, Brian. When I upload an image to the server, it doesn't create a full URL. Is there a better way to do this?

if used on the website it is a reference url images/clubnumber/image.jpg
If used externally you have to put the full site url clubnumber.toastmastersclubs.org/images/clubnumber/image.jpg

The image I uploaded to the free toast host server has URL: 
 /imageuploads/2394/evaluator.png

When I add 2394.toastmastersclubs.org to the URL, the server no longer recognizes it? 

I feel like I'm missing a really easy fix...
