Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Hello!

We have a member in our club, #8761, who lives in China and has a lot of communication restrictions, such as Whatsapp. She was able to opt into FTH, but when she tried accessing it to sign up for a role, she got the following message.[url] photos.app.goo.gl/Hoi6wDXtxAFFxwC88 [/url]Please let me know if this is an FTH issue, or a country issue, and if there's a fix or workaround.

I would need to know your members china IP address. China is a major source of hackers and spam.
Have them look up the error they are receiving, from what I can see is they are using a VPN or Proxy server that is misconfigured.
