Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Do the club e-mails go through Free ToastHost?

I noticed the other day that Meridian Mid-Day Club uses Free Toast Host for their Website. Do the e-mails go the e-mails we set up go through Free Toast Host? For example to send the minutes we use members@meridianmiddaytm.com to send out the minutes and agendas to the members. Does it cost anything?

The emails lists that the club would use are listed in the members only Club emails list.

There is no charge to use the services on FreeToastHost2

As long as you use the same email account that is listed in your FTH profile when sending emails, you should have no problems.

FTH is a free service provided to chartered toastmasters clubs in good standing.

An important thing to understand about the email addresses provided via FreeToastHost that sometimes gets misunderstood is that they are *forwarding* email addresses and distribution lists. FreeToastHost is not providing email *accounts*, just forwarding addresses.
