Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

I want to load meeting minutes into folders by year onto the members only download section

They are meeting minutes. I have no trouble loading them, but I want to have a folder for each year so when you click on a year, you can see all regular and executive committee meetings for that year.

Ed,

It is in the naming convention of the files.

For 2012, use this format: Meeting Minutes 2012: 2012_01_04. then Meeting Minutes 2012: 2012_01_11
For 2013, use Meeting Minutes 2013: 2013_01_05 then Meeting Minutes 2013_01_12
