Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

1) please post your club number in every post

2) what is the members first name?

3) did you get a warning ab out deleting the member ??

First name is Claire - just noticed she was gone from the list today when I went to assign a role and she was no longer in the list.

We were having difficulty with her email, and thought we figured it out, and I replaced her old emai with a new one last week....

When you changed the email did you change anything in her name?

The member has been deleted, I am sure there was a "ARE YOU SURE" prompt and it was responded to as ok.

You will need to add her back in.
